With o.doo ultimate Direct Print, you can:
- Print invoices and credit notes immediately after validation
- Print packing slips/pickings after confirming delivery
- Automatically print product and location labels during receipts or transfers
- Send shipping labels from Odoo carriers directly to your label printer
- Print attachments (PDFs) from Odoo directly to a printer
All without having to open files on your computer first.
How Does It Work?
1. Install Print Client
Install a small print client on a PC or server in your network
2. Secure Connection
o.doo ultimate sends print jobs via a secure cloud service to the client
3. Direct Printing
The client sends the document directly to the right printer (USB, network, WiFi, or Bluetooth)
If you can print to a printer manually, o.doo ultimate Direct Print can work with it.
Smart Rules per User, Document, and Warehouse
You decide which printer is used for which action:
- Printer per user or workstation
- Printer per document type (e.g., labels vs. A4 documents)
- Printer per company or warehouse
- Advanced logic: for example, different printer for international shipments
This prevents labels from printing on A4 or packing slips on your receipt printer.
